I’m Shannan Ighodaro, former Miami Gardens Councilwoman and candidate for Florida Senate District 34. I was truly honored to spend time with an incredible group of women from the Jewish community. Thank you for the warm welcome, the thoughtful conversation, and the opportunity to listen and learn.
Strong communities are built through relationships, mutual respect, and collaboration. As your next State Senator, I believe we make the greatest progress when we come together to address the issues that matter most: safe neighborhoods, strong schools with quality educational choices for families, responsible government, economic opportunity, and protecting the freedoms that allow every community to thrive.
I stand with the Jewish community against antisemitism and all forms of hatred, while praying for peace, healing, and understanding for all people.
