The S’firot Foundation, in partnership with the TOP Jewish Foundation, has launched a matching-fund initiative designed to increase philanthropic support for programs and services benefiting Jewish older adults throughout Central Florida.
Under the initiative, eligible organizations can receive an additional $1,000 from the S’firot Foundation for every qualifying $1,000 grant distributed from a new or existing Donor Advised Fund (DAF) at the TOP Jewish Foundation.
The funding opportunity runs from October 1 through December 31, 2026, and is intended to help strengthen services and programming for Jewish seniors in the region.
Organizations are encouraged to contact donors and supporters who maintain donor-advised funds at the TOP Jewish Foundation and inform them that their contributions may be matched dollar for dollar, effectively doubling the impact of a qualifying grant.
To qualify, grants must meet the following requirements:
- The grant must be for $1,000 from a TOP Jewish Foundation Donor Advised Fund.
- The funds must support Jewish older adult programs or services in Central Florida.
- The grant must be allocated between October 1 and December 31, 2026.
The S’firot Foundation has committed up to $50,000 to the initiative, with a total of $50,000 available for matching grants. Funding is therefore limited.
Organizations seeking additional information can contact the S’firot Foundation at [email protected] or the TOP Jewish Foundation at 813-961-9090 or [email protected].
