Jerome “Jerry” Schwartz, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2026, at the age of 95. Born on May 31, 1931, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jerry lived a long and meaningful life devoted to his family, friends, and community.
Jerry was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 72 years, Anita Schwartz, who passed away in February 2026. Together, they shared a remarkable marriage filled with love, devotion, and countless cherished memories.
He is lovingly survived by his daughter, Rima (Fred) Meyer; his son, Steve (Chris) Schwartz; and his sister, Neshama Siner. Jerry was a proud and devoted grandfather to Rachael (Mike) Felberbaum, Nina (Josh) Lerner, Bryan Stratt, Andrew (Ana) Schwartz, and Leah Schwartz. He was also blessed with four great-grandchildren, Lucas, Evan, Jacob, and Zachary, who brought him immense joy and pride.
Jerry will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, strength, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on through the generations he helped shape and inspire.
A cryptside funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 10:45 a.m. at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.
