Jerusalem — A delegation of Chabad rabbis from Florida traveled to Israel this summer for a private meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, underscoring the close ties between Jewish communities in the United States and Israel.
The rabbis, representing Chabad centers across South Florida, discussed issues of Jewish education, community resilience, and support for Israel during ongoing regional challenges. Netanyahu expressed appreciation for their work in strengthening Jewish identity abroad and emphasized the importance of unity between diaspora communities and Israel.
Participants highlighted the role of Chabad in providing spiritual guidance, outreach programs, and humanitarian support, particularly in times of crisis.
