FedEx Hit With Religious Discrimination Suit From Jewish Employee

FedEx was sued Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court over alleged employment discrimination based on religion. The court action was brought by Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Sosa on behalf of Lawrence Greenberg. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 9:22-cv-80312, Greenberg v. Fed Ex Ground Package System, Inc.
