Construction Begins for 500 Luxury Condos in Hallandale

South Florida-based MGM Construction Group has broken ground on the third phase of Oasis Hallandale, a mixed-use luxury project in Hallandale Beach, Fla. This phase of the project will feature 500 condominiums across two 25-story towers.

MGM is the general contractor for the $370 million project located at 1000 E Hallandale Beach Blvd. Phase 1 has already been completed and Phase 2 is nearly finished. Phase 3 will include the two towers totaling 1.4 million square feet. Completion is slated for 2026. Developers, led by Giuseppe Iadisernia, are also including office space and dining options.

Arquitectonica is the architect on the project. Last week, Red Apple Real Estate began construction on another Arquitectonica-designed property in Florida. The Residences at 400 Central, a 301-unit, 46-story condominium project in St. Petersburg, Fla., will be the tallest residential building on Florida’s Gulf Coast when completed in early 2025.

Oasis Hallandale is unique to the area, offering residences, office space, restaurants, and a grocery market, MGM Construction Group President Marcel Fernandez said in prepared remarks.
