My sister in Galveston, Arriene Kaplan (Orna bas Chaya), needs a liver and kidney. at this time she spends 4 days a week going to dialysis and other procedures while waiting for a liver. Her husband (Efrain Ben Shaina Reva) has been in the hospital for over  a month with his own health problems. They have a 30 yr old downs syndrome daughter at home.
