Dear Fellow Floridian,
Ann and I wish the Jewish community throughout Florida and across our nation a meaningful fast this Yom Kippur.
During this time of deep prayer and fasting, we all are praying for the safe return of the American and Israeli hostages being held by Iran-backed Hamas, the safety of IDF soldiers, and the security of Israel. We must also pray for better times here in our own country. During a time of unprecedented antisemitism, we pray for peace and prosperity for the Jewish people and the State of Israel.
On this holiest of days, and every day, Florida stands with Israel.
